Yes. Booking a collection is completely free, with no charge ever. We’re a Community Interest Company, so collected items go to people who need them - not to resale for profit.

We accept clean, dry clothing, shoes, bedding and towels for all ages. If it’s good enough to pass to a friend, it’s usually good enough for us. We can’t accept underwear unless it’s new, or items that are heavily stained or damaged.

We collect across the whole of London — North, East, South and West. From Palmers Green, Enfield and Haringey to Hackney, Walthamstow, Ealing, Brent, central london and beyond, wherever you are in the city we can arrange a free doorstep collection.Not sure if we reach you? Your donations go directly to local families and individuals facing hardship through our community partners. Nothing is sold for profit, and wearable items are kept out of landfill. Some clothes are used in our upcycling workshops — free for children, with adult sessions by donation!

No. Simply leave your bags on the doorstep on the morning of your collection slot. Add a note when booking if there’s a buzzer code or a specific place to leave them.

Anyone in the community experiencing hardship can use it . This includes people facing homelessness, families in difficulty, people returning to work and children who have outgrown their clothes. subscribe to find out when and where!

Yes. Our upcycling and miniature craft workshops are open to everyone aged 7 and over. Under-18s attend free, while paid adult places help fund the free spaces.
